Cove King
340 sq. ft. with a king bed, skyline view, and a marble-top writing desk. Our standard room, and the one most business travelers book.
Cove Queen Double
360 sq. ft. with two queen beds, a reading nook, and a skyline view — built for families or friends splitting a room.
River-View King
380 sq. ft. facing the Red River, with a deep soaking tub, a small seating area, and floor-to-ceiling glass over the water.
Balcony Suite
540 sq. ft. with a private balcony over the river, a separate sitting area, and a wet bar stocked on request.
Delta Suite
Two-room, 720 sq. ft. suite with a clawfoot soaking tub, a wet bar, and a river-facing living room — our largest standard suite.
Riverfront Loft
640 sq. ft. loft-style room with exposed brick from the original warehouse structure and a double-height window wall over the water.
