Planning
One Events Team, Start to Finish
Our events team handles catering, floor plans, and vendor coordination for every venue in the resort, so a wedding party working with us never has to loop in a separate outside planner unless they want to. Room blocks for out-of-town guests can be held alongside the venue booking.
Catering runs through the Copper Rail Chophouse kitchen, with menus that can be built around a plated dinner, a Louisiana-style buffet, or a passed hors d'oeuvres reception.
