Velvet Cove is run department by department by a small group of people who've mostly been in the building since it opened in 2015.
Marcus Holloway
Oversees rooms, dining, gaming, and events as one operation. Has been with the resort since it opened.
Elise Vidrine
Runs the kitchens at all four dining venues and writes the seasonal chophouse menu around Louisiana produce.
Devon Reyes
Manages table games, the poker room, and the sportsbook lounge, and leads the responsible gaming program.
Simone Naquin
Builds the treatment menu and trains the spa's therapists on the resort's Louisiana-botanical approach.
Jordan Thibodeaux
Plans every wedding, reunion, and corporate event across the River Ballroom, terrace, and meeting rooms.
Curtis Broussard
Leads the resident house band and books guest acts for the Cove Deck's weekend residencies.
