Dining & Lounges
Four rooms, four moods — all run by resort chefs, none of them a licensed franchise menu.
The Copper Rail Chophouse
A steakhouse built around Louisiana beef, cast-iron sides, and a bourbon list that runs deep. The dining room overlooks the gaming floor through a wall of glass, so the two never feel far apart.
Delta Shell Oyster Bar
Gulf oysters shucked to order, a raw bar, and a short menu of fried Louisiana classics for anyone coming off a late shift at the tables.
Riverwalk Cafe
A daylight cafe with river-facing seating, serving a full Southern breakfast, po'boys, and coffee strong enough to survive a long night on the floor.
The Cove Deck
Our upstairs jazz lounge, with a full horn-and-rhythm house band Thursday through Sunday and a smaller trio the rest of the week. Table reservations are recommended on weekends.
Reservations, Room Service & Dress Code
Reservations
Walk-ins are welcome at all four venues, though the chophouse and Cove Deck fill quickly on weekends — the concierge desk can hold a table.
Room Service
The Riverwalk Cafe kitchen delivers a full room-service menu around the clock to every room in the resort.
Dress Code
Resort casual throughout. The chophouse asks for collared shirts after 6 PM; the Cove Deck has no dress code.
Hold a Table Before You Arrive
Add a dinner reservation or a Cove Deck table when you book your room.
